Aluminum veneer spraying belongs to fluorocarbon spraying, the specific process is as follows:
Pre-treatment process: aluminum degreasing decontamination (pickling for about 10 minutes)→ water washing (through two channels of clean water)→ chromizing (about 5 minutes)→ water washing (through two channels of clean water)→100 degrees drying.
Spraying process: hook (hanging aluminum on the assembly line)→ polishing decontamination → spraying primer → top paint → varnish → curing (baking for about 20 minutes at 180℃-250℃)→ quality inspection → unloading → packing film.
1. 5. Varnish: The main purpose is to effectively enhance the resistance to external corrosion of the paint layer, protect the top paint, increase the metallic luster of the top paint color, and make the appearance more gorgeous.
6. Curing treatment: The aluminum sprayed three times enters the curing furnace for treatment, the curing temperature is generally between 180℃-250℃, and the curing time is about 20 minutes.
7. Quality inspection: Quality inspection according to inspection standards. Observe whether the surface is scratched or mottled, use the color meter to detect whether the color of the product meets the standard, and test whether the thickness of the paint layer meets the standard.
8. Hook down: When hook up, pay attention to remove the spray aluminum on the hook. When placed on the van, the paint faces the finish and the back faces the back to prevent scratching the spray layer.
