Aluminum composite panels are composite materials that use chemically treated coated aluminum panels as surface materials, polyethylene plastics as core materials, and are processed on aluminum-plastic panel production equipment. Used for building exterior walls, curtain wall panels, renovation of old buildings, interior wall and ceiling decoration, advertising signs, display stands, purification and dust prevention projects. The processing process of aluminum-plastic panels is more complicated than that of aluminum veneer. It mainly consists of four major processes: formation, painting, compounding and trimming. Except for trimming, everything else is automated production.
Aluminum panels are divided into two types: exterior wall engineering panels (the surface is generally coated with fluorocarbon coating) and interior wall decorative panels (the surface is generally sprayed with resin coating). The latter is generally used for home decoration. Aluminum-plastic panels are divided into two types: double-sided and single-sided. The surface of the double-sided aluminum-plastic panel is made of rust-proof aluminum alloy plate. The front side is spray-painted, and the back side is the original color of the aluminum plate. Single-sided aluminum-plastic panels have only one layer of aluminum alloy plate on the surface, which is slightly weaker and cheaper.
Product Classification
a. Fireproof board:
By selecting a sun-burning core material, the product's combustion performance must reach flame-retardant grade (B1 grade) or non-combustible grade (A grade). At the same time, other performance indicators must also comply with the technical indicators of aluminum-plastic panels.
b. Antibacterial and mildew-proof aluminum-plastic panels:
Coatings with antibacterial and bactericidal properties are applied to aluminum-plastic panels to control microbial activity and reproduction and ultimately kill bacteria.
c. Antistatic aluminum-plastic panel:
Antistatic aluminum-plastic panels are coated with antistatic paint. The surface resistivity is below 1090, which is smaller than the surface resistivity of ordinary aluminum-plastic panels. Therefore, it is not easy to generate static electricity and dust in the air is not easy to adhere to its surface.
Care and Maintenance of Aluminum Composite Panels
The surface paint of aluminum composite panels requires regular professional cleaning and maintenance.
This kind of cleaning is not just to keep the building's walls clean and beautiful, but to regularly remove the dirt accumulated on the paint surface that will damage the paint to ensure the long-term quality of the paint. The cleaning cycle mainly depends on the environmental conditions of the project location and the actual degree of pollution on the panel. Our recommendation is that the exterior walls of the building should be cleaned at least once a year, while the interior walls should be surface cleaned depending on the actual degree of pollution.
Cleaning of building walls should be carried out from top to bottom manually or with appropriate cleaning equipment. Please do not use any abrasive items to scrub the painted surface. The specific cleaning steps for aluminum-plastic panels are as follows:
1. First rinse the board surface with plenty of water:
2. Use a soft cloth soaked in detergent diluted with water to gently wipe the surface of the board.
3. Rinse the board surface with plenty of water to wash away the dirt;
4. Check the board surface and clean the areas that are not clean with detergent.
5. Rinse the board surface with clean water until all the detergent is washed away.
Note: Do not clean the hot board surface (when the temperature exceeds 40C), because the rapid evaporation of water is harmful to the baking paint on the board surface! testing first and wait until it is confirmed to be safe.
