Installation Process
1. Before construction, check the quality of the main structure against the skeleton design of the aluminum curtain wall. Because the quality of the main structure has a greater impact on the arrangement and position of the curtain wall skeleton. In particular, deviations in wall verticality and flatness, as well as the position of exterior wall window openings, will affect the horizontal position of the entire curtain wall.
2. Check the construction drawings and on-site measured dimensions in detail to ensure the perfection of design and processing.
3. The aluminum panel curtain wall relies on scaffolding for construction. According to the height and width specified in the curtain wall skeleton design drawings, double rows of construction scaffolding are erected. The distance between the scaffolding and the wall should be no less than 50cm to facilitate construction.
4. The plastering construction of the bottom layer of the exterior wall has been completed and has been inspected and accepted.
